Overview
Generosity is designed with privacy at its core. The app uses Apple Intelligence, which runs entirely on your device, to analyze your input and generate gift suggestions. No data is ever sent to external servers.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, process, or have access to any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Text you enter into the app
- Gift suggestions generated for you
- Your saved gift list
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers or location data
On-Device AI Processing
All AI features in Generosity are powered by Apple Intelligence and the Foundation Models framework. This means:
- All text analysis and gift generation happens locally on your device
- Your input is never sent to any cloud service
- No internet connection is required for the app to function
- Apple does not have access to your prompts or generated content
Local Data Storage
Gift ideas you save to your personal list are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data:
- Exists only on your device
- Is not synced to any cloud service
- Is not accessible by us or any third party
- Is deleted when you remove the app
Third-Party Services
Generosity does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs, no cookies, and no external network requests.
Children's Privacy
Generosity does not collect any data from anyone, including children. The app is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever update this privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Since we do not collect any contact information, we cannot notify users directly of changes.
